This series focuses on the contaminated Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the local community’s ongoing fight for justice. For generations, residents have experienced health impacts in San Francisco’s Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood due to heavy industrial operations and a vast shipyard. Residents have successfully mobilized as a community for their own defense.
