Simone has spent her professional career in a variety of leadership roles in global corporations, marketing and professional learning consultancies, higher education, and nonprofits. Prior to joining MSC, she served as National Director of Philanthropy for Children’s Literacy Initiative. Simone is passionate about social justice and holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) credential, reflecting her deep knowledge and experience in working with individuals and families to align their charitable giving strategies with their passions and opportunities for impact, transformation, and joy. Born in Jamaica, Simone lives in South Florida and enjoys travel, music, new wine and food experiences, walking with her dog, and Sunday dinners with her family.
