Since 2001, Movement Strategy Center (MSC) has provided loving, foundational support and partnership for the leaders and the movements working to create the world we all deserve.
Our work is grounded in power, protection, and partnership. Our equitable intermediary services grant access to crucial infrastructure for grassroots, people-first movements led by BIPOC, women, and LGBTQIA+ activists. Our community partners tackle social justice causes centering on the interconnected issues of racial, gender, economic, and environmental inequity. Your support for us helps us support them.
Through our holistic approach to movement support — including fiscal sponsorship, capacity building, storytelling and communications, strategic thought partnership, advocacy, seed funding, foundation regranting, special purpose and community collaborative funds, and an equitable Donor Advised Fund (DAF) — we challenge unjust systems and provide space for experimentation, incubation, and transformation.
