They're launching 'the Pilot,' a transformative leadership initiative tailored for transgender and gender variant youth of color in South Florida. Ranging in ages from 14 to 18, this program is a beacon of empowerment, focusing on financial acumen, emotional wellbeing, and the path to self-realization.
In a state noted for its challenges for the transgender and gender variant community, 'the Pilot' is paving the way for understanding, freedom, and genuine connections.
🗓 It's a six-month journey from October 7, 2023, to March 2, 2024. Not only will participants be immersed in enriching sessions on the first Saturday of every month, but they'll also receive compensation for their valuable time. 🌱
